Workshop Description:

The goal of this workshop is to experience zeal once again in the career and life choices that you’ve made. This workshop is for you if you don’t know what you want to do when you grow up. No really! Growing up means more than aging. It means being your most authentic YOU and bringing that YOU into all your life experiences.

Life—our careers, parenting, and all sorts of grown-up stuff—includes a multitude of choices. This workshop will assist you in making those choices that will direct you toward work that reflects your values, love, and happiness.

Based on key personal motivators, this workshop explores how work/life balance isn’t having your cake and eating it too. It’s more about a balanced diet of food you love that also loves you!

Through motivational lecture, real-life stories, personal exploration, and small group exploration, identify deeply based passions and motivators to make career and life choices that will lead you to overall wellness and happiness.
