Do What You Love is a 6-week workshop that focuses on your strengths and weaknesses, along with your career/work experiences’ needs and wants. In this workshop, Len will assist you in identifying the critical steps that build on each other to help you find the career that you enjoy and love doing, resulting in a fresh, informed, and intentional approach to a life-long career. Upon completion of this workshop, with well-defined values and clarity in what you want in your profession, never again feel uncertain about whether or not you’re in the right career!
This class will be taught in modules, with each module building upon the previous one. It will include class participation and exercises within the modules to be worked on in class and completed for homework. Upon completion, you, the participant, will have the tools available to find or create your passionate career. At this time, you should already have a strong career interest, if not already knowing what you want to do, and having learned the planning stages, you will be ready for action!

How-U: Build a Website Like a Boss! will leave you feeling organized, confident and excited! In this workshop, you will define your desired goals of your website, outline the content based on those goals, create a site map and learn how to infuse your branding WITHOUT having to pay someone a lot of money to build a professional-looking website. Once you have all your assets in place, you will start building your site using a popular, user-friendly website builder (no coding experience necessary!) Once you have a plan, the actualization of it is easy!
This interactive workshop will be taught over two back to back days and a third session one week later. The expectation is for you to build at least one new website page during that week, so please allocate at least five hours during that week to complete the homework assignment.

In this workshop, you will learn the importance of how your core values directly affect your personal life and your career trajectory. Together with Len’s guidance, you will examine the consequences of compromising your personal and professional values, so you can maintain balance and contentment in all aspects of your life.
Core values and their importance will be discussed interactively through discussion and with the use of a worksheet. You, the participant, will complete an exercise in order to discover your own personal core values so as to identify 10 core values in both your personal and career lives.
Upon completion of this workshop, you will have identified your core values and have learned the tools to best access them when important life and career decisions are being made.You will understand that your values are personal, essential, and non-negotiable qualities that create the change in the personal and professional life that YOU choose to live!
