Reiki is the life energy that flows through all living things, and it is important to keep the energy moving freely throughout our body for optimal wellness. This interactive workshop introduces the basics of Reiki and the chakra system. You will be supported in a safe healing space and feel empowered to practice and enhance self-healing. During this educational and experiential self-care session, you will also receive Reiki from Reiki Master Cristen.
