Workshop Description:
The goal of this workshop is to empower you with tools and awareness of the ever-present sources of energy available for our personal growth and empowerment journey. This workshop is designed to help you to become aware, tap into, and to work with the energy in and around you so you can consciously create the life you truly wish to live.
We will discover ways to work with this ever-present energy to empower our lives and how our very words have an effect on our life’s journey.
Upon completion of this workshop, you will learn the basics of energy, how to become aware of it, and how it affects our daily lives.
This 3-hr workshop will be instructed in a step-by-step manner in order to provide a map of sorts, building on each of the concepts presented. The workshop will include several exercises and opportunities to practice and interact with each other in an open forum discussion. The open forum discussions will be through answering in the chat, pairing off with another student, or answering in class as time allows.
