We so easily get buried in the doing of the day to day that we forget what we are doing it for. We lose perspective and purpose. We lose touch with the voice inside that knows what we could be. We lose our desire for the hidden treasure. And when we lose this, the world loses with us. It is no longer okay to remain unseen, and this course is the first step in realigning with the light within.

I am a teacher at my core. With 7 years in High School English, my mission was to empower my students to explore and embrace their best selves. Utilizing my background in social work, English education, business, and a beautifully messy life, I am eager to walk with others and empower them through the challenges and celebrations of the journey. This is the essence of my philosophy of education: then, now, always.

As a coach and facilitator, my mission remains the same. In all I do, I set out to create a space to find joy and give joy – to fill that space with trust, collaboration, and personal ownership. Utilizing my background in social work, English education, business, and a beautifully messy life, I am eager to walk with others through the challenges and celebrations of the journey. This is one way to share my light.

As a certified Life Coach, I bring a solution-focused approach to finding new perspectives, sharing hard core accountability coupled with compassion, and empowering authenticity. I am inspired by the site, the setup, and the mission. The only way I know to change the world is to shine my light on others so they may in turn enhance their light while brightening the whole world.

Upon completion of this course, participants will: identify authentic values/priorities, establish targets for your journey, bust through fears, and build practices and mindsets to get you there.
