Time: Are You Managing It or is It Managing You?

This time management workshop is a 3-hour one-time class that will leave you feeling accomplished and empowered. Discussions between teacher and students will center around setting realistic individual boundaries and goals that will promote best self-practices for best management of your time.

After completing the course, the students will gain an appreciation of time management and how each individual values their idea of time. Students will feel a sense of accomplishment when realizing the importance of creating boundaries and setting goals throughout the day leads to their best self-practices.

Healing with Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT)
